What we expect from you - Lead/Assist amazing Birthday Parties and special events using our proven curriculum and teaching method (don't worry, we'll train you!)
- Find local family-friendly events, festivals, and outreach opportunities where we can connect with new families.
- Attend community events as a Little Gym ambassador- engaging families, generating leads, and creating excitement about The Little Gym.
- Provide an outstanding customer experience. We treat our customers like family!
- You must be over 18 for this role.
You'd fit in here if - You love kids, high 5's, and having fun! A background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, or cheer is a plus.
- You're outgoing and comfortable starting conversations with new people.
- You're a self-starter who can seek out opportunities and get things done.

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
