Remote - West Coast Preferred (Pacific or Mountain Time) · Direct Hire

Our client is a boutique, tight knit, litigation firm focused on Family, Civil and Employment Law and looking to bring paid acquisition in house. The firm is moving on from its outside PPC agency and seeking a localized, PPC pro to own the channel with real strategy, real budget, and real autonomy behind it. This is hands on strategy through execution with meaningful monthly ad spend and reporting to the CEO. She's seeking someone who has experience targeting high net worth individuals and is eager to learn and grow.

What Success Looks Like

• Stronger, more consistent client acquisition, with bonus upside for exceeding performance targets
\n
• Lower CPC, CPL and increase conversions
\n
• Create content and campaigns that genuinely connect with a Silicon Valley/Bay Area high-net-worth audience
\n
• Strong communication - create trusted reporting that leadership can act on without needing to interpret a huge data set themselves
\n
• A structured A/B testing rhythm across ad copy and organic and AI-driven search (they are working with a website agency who helps with SEO too)
\n

What You'll Own

\n
• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Yelp campaigns
\n
• Develop and execute PPC strategies to increase qualified consultations
\n
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
\n
• Create compelling ad copy and landing page recommendations
\n
• Monitor budgets, bids, Quality Scores, and conversion metrics
\n
• Track ROI and cost per lead across campaigns
\n
• Set up and manage conversion tracking through Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and call tracking software
\n
• Perform A/B testing on ads and landing pages
\n
• Working exposure to AEO, as client discovery is increasingly running through AI platforms
\n
• Keyword research, competitor analysis, and ad copy that convert a high-net-worth, consultation-driven audience
\n
• Bringing new tools and ideas to the table — the firm is actively open to additions to its current stack
\n

What You Bring

\n
• Extensive, hands-on experience running paid search campaigns — personally built and run, not solely overseen through an agency
\n
• Strong localized digital marketing experience
\n
• SEO working exposure
\n
• Exposure to AEO and how AI platforms are reshaping service discovery
\n
• Experience marketing to high-net-worth individuals; law firm experience, especially family law, is a huge plus!
\n
• A self-starter mentality who is hungry to grow and stays current on industry trends without needing to be prompted
\n
• Comfort operating with a lean team
\n
• Excellent written communication and a proactive style
\n

DOE: 85-140k (can be flexible for the right person) + performance bonus + benefits
