Role Description The LMHC Supervisor is a part-time, virtual. This role includes providing clinical supervision to associate-level and intern mental health counselors, overseeing case conceptualization and treatment planning, and ensuring adherence to ethical and regulatory standards. The LMHC Supervisor will review documentation, provide feedback on clinical notes, and support quality assurance for client care. Day-to-day responsibilities also include offering consultation on complex cases, facilitating team meetings or group supervision, and collaborating with leadership to improve clinical workflows and services.
