Environmental & Tort Associate Attorney AmLaw, Regional & Boutique Law Firm Opportunity Compensation$180,000 – $300,000+
Aligned Talent Acquisition is recruiting for an experienced Environmental & Tort Associate Attorney opportunity with a sophisticated law firm in Dallas .
This opportunity is ideal for a litigation associate interested in handling complex matters at the intersection of environmental law, toxic tort, product liability, and complex litigation .
Ideal Background• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Experience with environmental litigation, toxic tort, product liability, or other complex litigation matters
• Experience handling matters in state and federal courts
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other litigation documents
• Experience managing discovery, depositions, expert witnesses, and case strategy
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters and work collaboratively within a litigation team
• Strong client service and communication skills
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
• Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted
