They may create content, build email campaigns, a executing digital media campaigns, including websites and analyze data to improve the company's digital marketing performance. and providing quality control for digitized material. They may also track statistics.This role is on-site in office in Bentonville, AR.Primary ResponsibilitiesThe individual in this role must execute projects with the team to create contentThey need a keen understanding of how best to use digital and social channels, search engines, paid searches, boundless curiosity, and the intellectual agility to assist with a variety of communications on a variety of topicsYou take initiative and embrace challengesExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsYou make complex subjects easily understood through words and visualsYou have proven strategic planning and project management skillsYou love to collaborate and partner effectively across business teamsYou have experience in executive communicationsYou demonstrate discipline and organization, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyYou are a quick study, eager to learn, and obsessively curiousQualificationsMinimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or related field and 4 years' experience in corporate communications, public relations, or relevant area OR 6 years' experience in corporate communications, public relations, or relevant areaA quick learner with an obsessive curiosity, eager to adapt to new tools and technologies.Solid computer skills, including MS OfficeKnowledge of HTML, CSS and web development and content management tools (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager) desired#LI-RH1 We offer comprehensive benefits for eligible employees including medical, prescription, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement savings, paid time off, holidays and additional benefits.
